1. Copy of Online Reservation

Where possible, please bring a copy of your on-line reservation to the rental desk.  If you are not able to print a copy, please make a note of the reservation number and quote this on your arrival.

2. Required Documents

The following documents are important to be presented:

· Driving License:

You must bring with you your valid driving licence.  We cannot accept a copy.  In the case of the new two - part driving licence please ensure that you bring the paper section also. You must advise rental agents at the time of arrival or booking of any endorsements on your licence, as this will affect your eligibility to hire.

· Other Identification:

      Acceptable forms of identification are:

-          A valid passport - an expired passport can be used up to a maximum of two years after expiry.

-          Valid photographic EU or Swiss national identity card.

-          Valid armed forces identity card.

-          Valid police warrant card/badge.

-          Valid photographic firearm certificate.

· Accepted proof of address

Accepted proof of address: either an original bank statement or utility bill (excluding mobile phone bills) of no more than three months old that confirms your name and address as supplied to us when you made your booking.

3. Payment Method

We accept the following payment methods:

Amex, Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch / Solo / Maestro, Barclaycard.

Please ensure that you bring your card with you as either the deposit for the hire or the hire itself must be paid on credit card.  If you are not the card holder but are using someone else’s card with their permission, they must also be present to sign for the charges.
